High Desert Pest Control
Mouse Control
Mice squeeze through gaps the size of a dime, getting into garages, attics, and walls. They chew wiring, contaminate food, and reproduce quickly once they're established.

How mice get inside
- Gaps where utilities enter the house — gas, electric, cable, water
- Garage door corners and worn weather seals
- Roof penetrations around vents, pipes, and chimney bases
- Cracks in the foundation and gaps in crawlspace vents
When they're most active
Mouse activity spikes in fall as temperatures drop and they look for warm shelter indoors. A single pregnant female that gets inside in October can produce dozens of offspring before spring. Winter is peak indoor activity; spring brings outdoor breeding.
What you can do before we get there
A few quick things you can do today that'll make any treatment — ours or your own — work better.
- Seal every gap larger than a quarter inch — mice fit through anything bigger
- Store pet food and birdseed in sealed metal containers
- Don't leave garage doors open longer than necessary
- Trim tree limbs back from the roof — they're rodent highways
