Who owns Crusader Pest Control?
Crusader Pest Control is owned and run by Drayton Wheat, who founded it in Apple Valley after years with big national pest control companies. It's a locally owned, licensed California pest control company (license #10171) serving homes and businesses across the High Desert.
Why I started Crusader
I spent years working for big national pest control companies, and I saw the same problem again and again: the cookie-cutter treatments those companies relied on weren't designed for the extreme conditions of the High Desert. Too many local customers were left frustrated, paying for service that didn't hold up against scorpions, desert ants and black widows.
Crusader Pest Control is the company I wanted to work for: locally owned, honest about what a treatment can and can't do, and built around the pests we actually have here. We specialize in ant, spider and cockroach control, and we back recurring service with free re-treats between visits.
We're based in Apple Valley and serve Victorville, Hesperia, Oak Hills, Adelanto, Phelan, Piñon Hills, Spring Valley Lake, Lucerne Valley, Helendale, Oro Grande, Barstow and Silverwood.
